Japan SEIKO is a multinational group specialized in manufacturing watches. In 1967, SEIKO established a company manufacturing high-speed internal grinding machines and high-speed internal grinding spindles. At present, the factory produces 30,000-180,000 rpm high-speed grinding motorized spindles. All performance indicators of the products reach or exceed those of first-line European brands. The products are widely used in bearing internal grinding, nozzle orifice grinding, centrifugal powder making, coordinate grinding machines and other ultra-high-speed equipment.

Based on the excellent sales and repair capability of Shanghai Aixin Transmission Equipment Co., Ltd. in imported high-end motorized spindles, Japan SEIKO reached an agreement with us at the beginning of 2023: authorizing Shanghai Aixin as the China maintenance center for SEIKO high-speed motorized spindles.

In June this year, our company was invited by SEIKO and sent two technical engineers to Japan for study and training. Now we have mastered the repair technology, inspection methods and factory standards of high-speed internal grinding motorized spindles, and can repair SEIKO and other imported high-end internal grinding motorized spindles for our customers.
